Jim Chaconas, executive vice president of Colliers Ann Arbor, represented the seller and Joey Gatliff, vice president of Colliers Detroit, represented the buyer, New Eagle, LLC, in the transaction.
New Eagle, LLC provides specialized engineering services focusing on mechatronic control systems. Company culture and employee retention were the driver behind seeking a location with such a high concentration of office space.
