Colliers International recently helped close the sale of a 79,335-square-foot industrial building in Kansas City, Missouri.
Cheyenne 940, LLC purchased the building at 1217 W. 12th St.
Ed Elder of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. Bob Cattanach of Waterford Property Company represented the buyer.
