Colliers‘ Jim Chaconas, senior vice president, and Joe Campbell, associate, closed the sale of an 80,000-square-foot industrial building at 6401 Taylor Drive in Flint, Michigan.
Chaconas and Campbell also closed the sale of 12.874 acres of vacant land as part of the same deal.
The two Colliers’ professionals represented the seller, Creative Foam Concepts, which specializes in automotive, medical, wind energy, industrial and transportation markets.
The buyer, Overhead Conveyor Company, has settled into its new location in Flint where it specializes in custom manufacturing and installations of overhead conveyor systems.
