Colliers International closed the sale of the Franklin Road Distribution Center, an industrial facility at 221 S. Franklin Road in Indianapolis.
The three-building portfolio totals 823,088 square feet and is located on more than 38 acres in the Indianapolis East submarket.
Alex Cantu with Colliers International of Indianapolis, along with Steve Disse and Jeff Divine of Colliers International of Chicago, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Real Capital Solutions. CORE Realty Holdings Management purchased the asset.
