Colliers closed the investment sale of a portfolio of eight light industrial buildings in the Business Park of Kenosha in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
This combined industrial/flex package of buildings totals 277,982 square feet. The buildings were built in phases between 1995 and 2007, and range in size from 23,000 to 46,000 square feet.
The portfolio was 97.6% occupied by 43 tenants at the time of closing, including Sherwin-Williams, Fastenal, First Supply and Viking Electric.
The portfolio was listed by Tomp Shepherd and Jennifer Huber-Bullock of Colliers|Wisconsin. The Business Park of Kenosha closed on Aug. 29 for $33.2 million or $119.43 a square foot.
Colliers represented the seller, an affiliate of Zilber, Ltd. A private buyer from Elmhurst, Illinois, purchased the portfolio.
