The Jonna Group of Colliers Detroit recently closed the sale of the 8,600-square-foot Cedar Street Plaza retail center in Lansing, Michigan.
Simon Jonna, executive vice president, represented the seller, a notable developer. The sale closed at nearly $500 a square foot.
Cedar Street Plaza is anchored by Panera Bread. All tenants are operating on long-term NNN leases. The center also includes ATI Physical Therapy and Xfinity.
