Colliers has closed the sale of a seven-building, 248,363-square-foot infill industrial portfolio in the Indianapolis market. The assets span the Southwest, Southeast and Northeast submarkets and feature proximity to Indiana’s population center.
The portfolio is comprised of 1850 Oliver Ave., 915 Western Drive, 7130 W. McCarty St., 6057 Churchman Bypass and 3150 W. Morris in Indianapolis and 9155 and 9175 E. 146th St. in Noblesville, Indiana.
Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport of the Colliers Midwest Capital Markets Team and John Demaree and Brad Williams with Colliers Indianapolis facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, GDW Properties.
1850 Oliver Ave, 915 Western Dr, and 7130 W McCarty St were purchased by Exeter Property Group, a real estate investment management firm focused on industrial properties across North America and Europe. 3150 W Morris St was acquired by Biynah Industrial Partners, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm with industrial assets across the United States. Trip Portfolio LLC purchased 6057 Churchman Avenue. A private investor purchased the 9155 and 9175 E 146th St assets. The entire portfolio traded for over $25 million.
