The Colliers International|Wisconsin services team recently closed the sale of a six-building office portfolio in the Milwaukee area. The 392,021-square-foot portfolio included a mix of single- and multi-tenant office buildings.
At the time of the sale, the portfolio was 92 percent leased to 23 tenants. Anchor tenants include von Briesen & Roper, Morgan Stanley, Aurora Health Care and DentaQuest.
Buildings in the portfolio are 11100 W. Liberty Drive, 7800 N. 113th Street and 11301 W. Lake Park Drive in Milwaukee; and 20825 W. Swenson Drive, 20935 W. Swenson Drive and 20975 W. Swenson Drive in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The portfolio sold for $37.715 million. Tom Shepherd of Colliers International|Wisconsin represented the seller.
