Colliers closed the sale of a three-property industrial portfolio totaling 168,315 square feet in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Colliers’ brokerage team of Mark Kolsrud, John McCarthy, Peter Loehrer, Pete Carbonneau, Kyle Delarosby and Lydia Turczyn represented the seller during negotiatins with the buyer, Ryan Companies US, Inc.
At the time of closing, the industrial portfolio was 99 percent occupied. Many of the portfolio’s tenants specialize in e-commerce.
