Colliers International recently completed the sale of two industrial warehouse buildings in Michigan.
The two buildings totaled 26,250 square feet and were located at 32525 Stephenson Highway in Madison Heights, Mich.
Peter E. Kepic and Peter J. Kepic of Colliers represented the seller, Birwood LLC, in the transaction.
