Colliers Chicago has signed a 34,012-square-foot, long-term lease extension at 6250 N. River Rd. in Rosemont, IL. Colliers has been a tenant in the building since 2004.

Colliers plans to embark on a multi-million dollar rebuild and rebrand of their existing floor.
One O’Hare Centre is a 380,000-square-foot Class A office asset centrally located in the O’Hare Submarket. It offers tenants a refined yet engaging atmosphere complete with state-of-the-art amenities such as a conference center, café, tenant lounge and fitness center.
Colliers was represented by Darryl Silverman and David Florent. The building was represented by Colliers’ Francis Prock and Jon Connor.
6250 N. River Rd. is owned by MDC Property Services and Nicola Crosby Real Estate. Colliers is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
