Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative’s (The Goldie Initiative) 2022 Goldie Gala, which took place September 22 at Navy Pier’s Offshore Rooftop. The Goldie Initiative, a nonprofit organization designed to prepare women for senior leadership roles in all sectors of commercial real estate, was able to raise over $1,000,000 in support of its Goldie Scholars program through the generous support of sponsors like Colliers.
Founded in 2007 by Ms. Goldie B. Wolfe Miller, The Goldie Initiative has assisted more than 140 Goldie Scholars at 18 graduate schools around the U.S. since its inception, including Northwestern University, The University of Chicago and Georgetown. In 2022, the organization supported 30 Goldie Scholars and expanded into 18 schools nationally.
At the 2022 Goldie Gala, institutional real estate investment executive Pamela Boneham was honored as the 2022 ‘Shero,’ an award presented annually by The Goldie Initiative to a woman executive whose achievements inspire the next generation of female commercial real estate professionals.

The $1,000,000 raised this year will enable The Goldie Initiative to continue providing its Goldie Scholars with the mentorships, scholarships and networking opportunities needed to inspire and nurture the next generation of female leaders in commercial real estate.
