Colliers announced that The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) elected Scott Savacool, Senior Vice President at Colliers | St. Louis, to the SIOR Global Board of Directors as Vice President.
Savacool will assume the role at SIOR’s Fall 2026 Conference in New York City this October. As part of SIOR’s rolling Board of Directors structure, Savacool will advance to serve as SIOR Global President in 2029 — marking the first time a St. Louis-based member has held this position since 2003.
Savacool, an office specialist, has been a member of SIOR since 2011 and currently serves as President of the SIOR St. Louis Chapter and Treasurer on the SIOR Global Board of Directors. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Savacool specializes in tenant and landlord representation, delivering customized and innovative strategies and solutions that maximize profitability, productivity, flexibility, and culture. He has also been recognized by CoStar as a “St. Louis Power Broker” and by the St. Louis Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate”.
