Colliers has been hired by Pine Tree and a fund managed by DRA Advisors LLC to handle the exclusive leasing at Westgate, a 600,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Fairview Park, Ohio.
Westgage is a regional power center featuring Kohl’s, Lowes, Target, Earth Fare, Petco, Marshalls, Ulta and a mix of region and local retailers and restaurants.
Chirs Seeilg, senior vice president and principal at Colliers, will lead the leasing efforts. The Seelig Team includes Fabi Miller and Lauren White.
Westgate is located at the southeast corner of Center Ridge Road and West 210th Street.
