Columbus, Ohio’s Aston Place apartment community has been recognized among the Elite 1 percent of properties in the nation for online reputation for the year 2017.

The Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking is an annual ranking developed by J Turner Research based on a monthly online reputation study of more than 71,000 properties nationwide, across all review sites. J Turner Research is an independent market research company exclusively serving the multifamily industry.

In 2017, 977 properties made it to the Elite 1% ranking. A property had to register a minimum ORA (Online Reputation Assessment) score of 88 and have at least 15 online reviews to be included in this ranking. For properties with the same ORA score, the property with the higher number of reviews ranked higher.

The ORA score, based on a scale of 0-100, is an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across all review sites. Aston Place scored 89. The national average score is 59.7.
