Baziuk brings extensive experience in the commercial real estate business to his new position. In his role at Pizzuti, Baziuk will focus on sourcing multi-family residential, office and industrial acquisition, redevelopment and development opportunities.
Before joining Pizzuti, Baziuk served as a senior vice president for Heitman, where he was involved in the origination and underwriting of structured debt investments. He also worked for Countrywide’s commercial real estate lending division and KeyBank.
Baziuk is based in Pizzuti’s Chicago-area regional office and also provides support for the company’s Columbus, Ohio, headquarters and its regional office in Orlando.
