The Easton Town Center mixed-use project in Columbus, Ohio, is planning a major expansion as it nears its 20th anniversary. The expansion will include local and national retailers, breweries, restaurants, entertainment venues and hotels.
Located on 16 acres in the northeast quadrant of Easton Town Center, this expansion will transform the area located between the Town Center and Easton Gateway.
The project will exceed $500 million of development during the next four years. It also helps set the stage for establishing Easton as a new residential community while also increasing office employment.
RH Gallery will anchor the new expansion area. The new shop will cover 40,000 square feet and rise three stories, offering a collection of home furnishings.
A 136-room Aloft Hotel will open here in 2020. The hotel ill offer meeting and event space, a 7,500-square-foot restaurant, fitness center and pool. This hotel will bring the total room count at Easton to 600 across four hotels.
