Columbus’ NAI Ohio Equities adds industrial agent to its roster

Doug Shull

Doug Shull has joined Columbus, Ohio-based NAI Ohio Equities as a new industrial agent. Shull has been instrumental in sales and leasing throughout Central Ohio since 1978, where he has completed more than 470 leases and closed more than $62 million of industrial/commercial brokerage transactions.

Shull joins NAI Ohio Equities from Carey Realty Partners, where he was the Senior Vice President – Industrial. While at Carey Realty, he was the leasing director for a 950,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Westbelt Business Park. He also participated in co-developing more than 675,000 square feet of Central Ohio industrial facilities.

Prior to working for Carey Realty Partners, Shull had founded Morse-Shull & Company in 1978, representing Mellon Bank, Met Life Insurance, Prudential Insurance Company and Sun Life of Canada, among others.

Shull is a 1971 graduate of Ashland University, a CCIM candidate and the Past President of the Columbus Commercial, Industrial & Investment Realtors (CCIIR) Association.
