David Morgan has joined CBRE’s Columbus office as vice president.
At CBRE, Morgan will focus on assisting companies and business owners with their commercial real estate office leasing and transaction strategies throughout the Central Ohio region.
Morgan began his career in commercial real estate in 2013. He was a director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining CBRE, where he assisted corporate clients with tenant representation and the formulation and implementation of effective leasing and sales strategies.
Since he began his career in commercial real estate, Morgan has been responsible for the leasing and sales of more than 4 million square feet of office space across Ohio.
