Columbus office of CBRE names new vice chairman

Michael Mullady

Michael Mullady has been promoted to vice chairman at the Columbus, Ohio, office of CBRE, the highest title for producers at the company. He is the first professional in Columbus to achieve the vice chair title.

Mullady began his commercial real estate career at CBRE in 1998. He is a member of the CBRE Special Properties Group and the Global Supply Chain Group, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of major industrial facilities globally and serves as a tenant advisor for the site selection and lease negotiation process.

During his career, Mullady has consistently ranked as the top producer in Columbus and repeatedly ranked in the top 3% and 10% of producers nationally at CBRE. Additionally, he was recognized as CBRE’s top industrial producer in the United States in 2010 and in 2021 he was included in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 3% sales professionals in the Americas.

In addition to his work at CBRE, Mullady engages in community and charitable endeavors, including the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Easterseals, Special Olympics Ohio and Ducks Unlimited. He is also an active board member of the Toussaint River Watershed Conservancy.
