Carter Stephens has joined the Columbus office of Marcus & Millichap. He will work with the Barron | Burkons | Wintermute Group in the role of vice president of investments after successfully expanding the investment sales business of another local commercial real estate firm.
Specializing in multifamily investment sales, Stephens will focus his expertise in the greater Columbus market.
He brings 10 years of experience collectively in both financial services and commercial real estate.
