Gabriel Coe of Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Investments.
Coe began his tenure at Marcus & Millichap in 2015 as an associate and became a First Vice President of Investments in 2017. He specializes in self-storage properties and is a partner with Brett Hatcher of the firm’s The Hatcher Group.
Coe has sold more than $650 million, been involved in 129 total transactions and represents properties in 29 states. In 2019, Coe was ranked second by the National Self-Storage Group and has been ranked in the top-10 since 2015, his first calendar year with the company.
In the first quarter of 2019, Coe was ranked as the 16th top investment professional at Marcus & Millichap.
