Columbus-based Red Mortgage Capital recently refinanced the loans for a trio of senior housing communities in Indiana.
Red secured FHA-insured financing for $2.2 million for Home Place, a 60-unit age-restricted community in Indianapolis; $3.8 million for Sanders Glen, an 111-unit assisted living community in Westfield, Ind.; and $7.6 million for Morning Breeze, an 18-unit independent living/30-unit licensed assisted living/48-unit skilled nursing facility in Greensburg, Ind.
The financings were completed for American Eagle LifeCare Corporation. American Eagle had originally acquired the three communities in 2005.
