John Kranyak, a commercial real estate executive with 20 years of experience, has joined the Columbus, Ohio, office of national retail developer Skilken|Gold as senior vice president, real esdtate.
A new position for the company, Kranyak will be responsible for business development and leading the deal management process. He holds a Juris Doctorate (with honors) from Capital University Law School, and will also provide full oversight of the company’s internal and external legal counsel.
Prior to joining Skilken|Gold, Kranyak served as VP / Head of Real Estate for Luxottica Retail North America, where he led the execution of real estate strategies for all brands in approximately 2,500 locations. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership at Chico’s and L Brands, as well as Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn, where he began his career practicing real estate law.
