Gavin Thomas has joined Columbus, Ohio-based Steiner + Associates as Executive Vice President, Development.
Thomas will lead new developments and redevelopments for the company.
In his new role, Thomas will complement Steiner’s executive team with his extensive experience in the mixed-use and hospitality sectors. He will focus on creating design-driven projects that enhance the quality of life for the local communities in which they reside. Thomas will support Steiner + Associates’ reputation of developing, cultivating and managing properties to unlock value, elevate environments, and deliver meaningful and measurable results.
Prior to joining Steiner + Associates, Thomas served as Vice President for Hendricks Commercial Properties where he served as the lead executive on the award-winning Bottleworks District in downtown Indianapolis. His experience also includes redevelopment of over $260 million of mixed-use assets for Kite Realty Group, and over $1 billion of retail acquisitions for CBL & Associates, both publicly traded REITs.
