NAI Hiffman’s John Whitehead, senior associate with the firm’s Industrial Services group, recently represented COM2 Computer Recycling Solutions in multiple transactions in Carol Stream, increasing its Carol Stream footprint to 261,357 square feet.
In need of additional storage space in close proximity to its current location, COM2 signed a new lease for 175,000 square feet at 500 Kehoe Boulevard in Carol Stream.
COM2 renewed its lease within its current corporate office and processing facility located at 140 E. Fullerton Ave. in Carol Stream. The renewal makes COM2’s lease coterminous to its lease in the balance of the building. As a result of this transaction, COM2 now occupies the entire 86,357-square-foot facility on a long-term basis.
Whitehead represented COM2 in both transactions. John Cash, SIOR, executive vice president, and David Haigh, senior associate, also with NAI Hiffman, represented the landlord, 500 Kehoe LLC in the new lease.
