Marriott International earlier this month opened a combined 79-room Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel and 78-suite TownePlace Suites hotel in Louisville.
Located at 10110 Champion Farms Drive, the hotel was developed joinly by Poe Companies of Louisville; White Lodging of Merrillville, Indiana; and REI Real Estate Services of Indianapolis.
SuiteLou NE, LLC owns the hotel, while White Lodging Services manages it.
The four-story property will share lobby space, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and patior with a fire pit and barbecue grills.
