Carl Buddig will move its distribution center from South Holland, Ill., to a 65,000-square-foot facility in Munster, Ind.
David Lasser of Commercial In-Sites represented Buddig in this deal. Scott Duerkop of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner, Becknell.
Carl Buddig is the fifth-largest supplier of lunchmeat in the country. It is now leasing the former Dawn Foods space at 215 45th Ave. in Munster.
