Phil Charmoli and Greg Charmoli of Commercial Kentucky represented Joseph T. Ryerson & Son in the sale of its 66,208-square-foot manufacturing facility in Louisville.
Ryerson has consolidated its local operations to its Shelby County, Ken., facility. It no longer needed its location at 11901 Capital Way in Louisville.
Capital Way, LLC purchased the building. It plans to use the facilit for manufacturing operations.
