Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky has brokered the sale of Park at Hurstbourne, a 690-unit multifamily property in Louisville, Kentucky.
Craig Collins of Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky and Mike Kemether of Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Advisory Group represented New York-based Beitel Group in the disposition of this asset.
The transaction represents the largest multifamily sale in the state for 2020. YMP Real Estate, a Miami-based real estate firm, purchased the property for $70.5 million in December.
