Craig Collins and Austin English of  Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky and Evan Halkias, Hank Davis, and David Matheis of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the seller, BC Wood Properties in the sale of Indian Trail Square Shopping Center at 5733 Preston Highway in Louisville.

Indian Trail Square Shopping Center is a 289,937 square foot retail hub situated on 29.27 acres in Louisville, Kentucky. This center has been a key player in meeting the retail needs of Southern Jefferson County. The 30-acre site offers a significant value-add opportunity for investors to acquire a prominent retail center at a cost well below replacement value.

Indian Trail Shopping Center boasts over 1,500 linear feet of visibility along Preston Highway, a major retail corridor with a traffic count of over 40,065 vehicles per day. This high visibility, combined with the dense population demographics of Southern Jefferson County, makes it an attractive location for retailers. The center is also conveniently located near some of Kentucky’s largest employers, including UPS, General Electric, and Ford Motor Company.

Anchored by major retailers such as Save A Lot, Dollar Tree, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, and Citi Trends, Indian Trail Shopping Center is well-positioned to attract value-oriented retailers looking for a highly visible and accessible location to serve a dense workforce housing demographic.
