Stephan Gray and Robert Walker of Louisville-based Commercial Kentucky, Inc. represented Melbourne Plaza, LLC, on the lease of a 76,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center at 2500 Stanley Gault Parkway, located in Louisville’s Eastpoint Business Center.
The space will be occupied by Clarendon Flavors for the distribution of the company’s flavored beverage concentrates and syrups.
