Robert Walker, with Louisville’s Commercial Kentucky, negotiated an 81,000-square-foot lease for AEL-Span, LLC, a provider of supply chain solutions, at 6712 Grade Lane in Louisville.
The new Louisville location allows AEL-Span to provide local synchronization services for Lear and Ford.
AEL-Span also operates a 50,000-square-foot facility on Robards Lane in Louisville.
