Robert Walker with Commercial Kentucky and Mike Tipps with Oxford Commercial in Austin, Texas, recently negotiated a 70,000-square-foot lease for Jordan Technologies in Louisville.
The new location, 5051 Commerce Crossing Drive in Louisville, allows Jordan Technologies more room to grow. The company works in the petroleum, petrochemical, ethanol and natural-gas industries.
