Louisville-based Commercial Kentucky will keep its affiliation with Cushman & Wakefield after the acquisition of Cushman by global real estate firm DTZ.
Commercial Kentucky was founded in 1973 as Scherer/Casper & Associates. The company first began its relationship with Cushman & Wakefield in 1981.
Phil Scherer is president of Commercial Kentucky.
