Commercial Kentucky will continue to represent the owners as leasing agent at the recently purchased LG&E Building in the heart of Louisville’s Central Business District.
The 23-story building includes 287,520 square feet and features a 476-space parking garage and a recently renovated lobby.
Jeff Drehler and Rick Ashton of Commercial Kentucky have represented the building in all leasing transactions since 2006.
