Columbus, Ohio-based Commercial One Realtors recently sold 1,150 apartments located in Whitehall, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus.
The sale price of more than $18 million for the two rental communities, English Village Apartments and Parklawn Manor Apartments, is the highest for a multi-family transaction in Central Ohio in more than three years.
Steve Holzer, a partner at Commercial One, represented Lincoln Management Company, the seller, in this transaction.
English Village and Parklawn Manor consist of more than 500 stone townhouse and ranch buildings with private yards, driveways and green areas with mature trees.
Bill Gordon of Commercial One represented the buyer, an investment group formed by George Van Vliet.
