Commercial Property Advisors has closed the sale of Glen Cove Apartments in Detroit.
Glen Cove I LLC closed on the 108-unit multifamily property in early April with the help of Cary Belovicz from Commercial Property Advisors. Belovicz brokered the deal on behalf of a private seller.
The apartment community, built in 1974, sold for $2.5 million, or $23,148 a unit.
