Adam J. Tarantur, CCIM, Principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, represented Commodity Forwarders, Inc. (“CFI”) in a lease transaction for the company’s new O’Hare area warehouse space.
The Los Angeles based Logistics Company leased an 8,487 sq. ft. space within Touhy Industrial Plaza at 500 E. Touhy, Des Plaines, IL. CFI, which is relocating from Bensenville, will use the space for the distribution of food products.
“CFI was looking for a location near O’Hare with existing coolers/freezers,” explains Tarantur. “We found them exactly what they needed in a brief period of time, even though there were very few options.”
Ownership, an entity controlled by the Missner Group, was represented by Jonathan Kohn and Brendan Green of Colliers International in Rosemont.
