Community Builders of Kansas City adds senior real estate analyst

Irving Blue has joined Kansas City, Missouri-based Community Builders of Kansas City as senior real estate analyst. Blue is responsible for asset management of CBKC’s growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

“Irving is a strong addition to a team skilled, experienced and motivated to transform Kansas City’s urban core,” said Emmet Pierson Jr., chief executive officer of of CBKC. “I first worked with Irving more than 20 years ago when he was a planner for the city of Kansas City, Missouri, and I was managing block grants issued by the city. He is highly educated and over his career has become an extremely experienced professional who improves the performance of every real estate asset for which he has been given charge.”

Blue has provided asset management services for properties across the country deploying a range of services – construction/renovation planning and coordination, development management, feasibility analysis, acquisition or disposition and deal structuring as well as contributing to design guidelines, finance models and public approval process.

Blue, with a bachelor’s degree from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and master’s degree with a concentration in urban and regional planning from Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University in Normal, Alabama, is a real estate broker licensed in Missouri. He has earned multiple professional certifications over the years including certified property manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
