A 145,200-square-foot build-to-suit property has been completed for AMS Mechanical Systems within the Union Point industrial business park in Woodridge, Illinois.
AMS, a mechanical contracting firm serving the chemical, food, process, manufacturing and power industries, joined Edward Don & Company and Orbus Exhibit & Display Group in the business park.
AMS’ building sits on a 10.6-acre parcel and features a 31,000-square-foot, two-story office with 32′ clear warehouse and manufacturing components. There are open and private offices, conference rooms, an atrium lobby and a break room. There are accommodations for 14 trailers and 148 vehicles.
McShane Construction Company and Ware Malcomb served as the design-build team for the headquarters project. Chris Gary of NAI Hiffman represented AMS in the pre-sale agreement. Brian Carroll and Jim Cummings of NKF represented Conor Commercial.
