Chicago-based Noah Properties and its exclusive sales and marketing partner, The Sergio & Banks Group at @properties, have announced that construction is underway at The Avondale, a new community of 52 townhomes and 15 condominiums in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood.
Located along Belmont Avenue at Kildare, The Avondale offers four townhome plans with three to five bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths, and 1,950 to 4,210 square feet. Each townhome includes an attached two-car garage, private front yard and private roof deck. Prices start at $619,000.
Designed by Anita Lisek of Lisek Interiors, residences at The Avondale welcome buyers with a sleek, modern aesthetic. Contemporary kitchens include custom European cabinetry, black Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances, and a large waterfall island with undermount lighting. Bathrooms have a custom floating vanity, oversized tile, wall-mounted toilet, and matte black accent pieces. Homes are also appointed with contemporary can lighting, custom built-in shelving in living rooms, and large windows and high ceilings to maximize natural light.
All of the features at The Avondale are included in the base price of the home, so buyers do not have to spend money for upgrades to get the high-end finishes they want.
