Dominium announced that construction has started at The Grainwood, a new affordable senior housing property located at 5101 Gateway St SE in Prior Lake, Minnesota.
A groundbreaking event being held on April 18. When completed, property will consist of 168 units.
Dominium hopes to see a finished product by next summer. Plans include 9 foot ceilings, a full range of appliances, patios, balconies, and open floor plans. Select units will also have walk-in closets.
The common amenities will include underground parking, a community room and kitchen, craft room, salon, fitness room, full time staff, outdoor plaza, theater area and fire places.
