GC Housing Development, an affiliate of Crane Construction Company and The Burton Foundation began construction on Anthony Place Yorkville Senior Apartments, a two-story project in Yorkville, Illinois.
The project is located at 1050 Freemont St. and will include 50 units of affordable senior housing plus a live-in manager’s unit. There will be 33 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units. Some residences will be reserved for those who have an income that is below the area median income or those who are at risk for homelessness.
