StreetLights Residential has broken ground on the second phase of its newest luxury multifamily community in Viridian, a large master-planned community in Arlington. Located conveniently between Dallas and Fort Worth, Viridian spans 2,000-acres complete with easy access to five major lakes, trails and local shopping and event venues. StreetLights’ new community will have 343 luxury apartment homes ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. StreetLights is now leasing the project’s first phase, The Jackson, the first multifamily community within Viridian.
The second phase will offer several floor plans, ranging from 588 to 1,674 square feet with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans available. The development will also feature 32 townhomes averaging 1,902 square feet. Each apartment home offers beautifully designed interior schemes including granite countertops, tile backsplashes, deep drawers for pots and pans, custom flooring, dine-in island seating, urban mudrooms, custom cabinetry including a pull-out trash drawer, spa-inspired bathrooms, oversized walk-in closets, energy efficient washer and dryer, and built in Sonos speakers. Select units in the development also offer smart home features, an all hard surface flooring option, oversized outdoor living spaces and screened porches.
Residents will have access to over 500 acres of lakes, rivers, streams, and wetlands, as well as extensive jogging and hiking trails to explore as part of the Viridian community. The project will be located just minutes from the newly developed Texas Live!, Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium, offering easy access to entertainment and local amenities.

StreetLights Creative Studio is the architect of record for the project and is handling all interior design in-house. SLR Construction, LLC, is the general contractor.
