Conor Commercial Real Estate has started construction on the Brewster Creek Commerce Center, a 436,500-square-foot speculative industrial development in Bartlett, Illinois.
Located in a 670-acre business park at the intersection of Bartlett and Spitzer roads, the 25-acre site offers direct access to IL-390, I-90 and I-88. Notable tenants located within the business park include companies such as McKesson, ITW, Greco & Sons, Rana, Creative Werks and Cheese Merchants of America.
The 436,500-square-foot cross-dock building is divisible to 100,000 square feet with office space to suit. It will feature 52′ x 52′ bay spacing, a 36′ clear height, 54 truck docks, four drive-in doors and ESFR sprinklers. The site will also offer parking with 125 trailer stalls and 340 standard vehicle parking spaces.
Completion of Brewster Creek Commerce Center is slated for Q2 2021. The design-build team of McShane Construction Company, V3 Companies and Harris Architects Inc. are providing comprehensive design and construction services.
