Construction on Aurora‘s newest luxury apartment community, Metro 59 Apartments, has commenced.
The community will be made up of eight buildings totaling 460-units and will be conveniently located just adjacent to Route 59 Metra Rail Station to Chicago. Metro 59 Apartments is owned by a joint venture of Next Generation Capital Partners and Avgeris and Associates, Inc. and managed by Village Green.
Construction will split up into two phases. Phase one will include 232 units and is expected to be completed in early 2017 with first occupancy expected in August 2016. Phase two, 228 units, is expected to start shortly after the first phase is stabilized.
Metro 59 Apartments will provide residents a clubhouse, state of the art fitness and business centers, clubroom/coffee bar, spa retreat with steam room and whirlpool spa as well as outdoor activities featuring a signature pool, volleyball, dog park and bocce ball courts. Each unit will include granite countertops, maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, wood flooring and wireless internet.
