Ifbyphone, a leading software company, recently expanded into its new 20,000-square-foot space, designed by Earles Architects and Associates (EAA), in Chicago’s Loop. The tenant doubled its size at 300 W. Adams St., adding an entire floor to its space.
EAA designed the tenant’s existing space on the 9th floor in 2011 and was hired to design the new space to accommodate the company’s growth. The new space, in an historic landmark building, was designed to showcase the company’s fun and energetic culture. Among the unique features are electronic garage doors that create an entrance to the training room, private showers, and accented way-finding carpet tiles leading to the conference rooms.
EAA also incorporated exposed ceilings, vibrant paint and carpet colors, and plenty of natural light into the space. The floor plan was designed to create an open, collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Ifbyphone provides the leading voice-based marketing automation platform, Voice360™, that businesses and marketing agencies rely on to connect, measure, and optimize sales calls. The company has seen tremendous growth in recent years.
