Brown Commercial Group Represents Great Lakes, Inc. in Leasing the Building
Construction is completed on a modern, multi-tenant industrial warehouse/distribution facility with truck and trailer parking at 365-399 Miles Parkway in Bartlett, IL. Brown Commercial Group President Dan Brown represented Kevin Karynek Real Estate in the site evaluation and land acquisition that led to the development.
The 36,129-square-foot building was constructed on an 18-acre land site near the northeast corner of Route 25 and W. Bartlett Road. The building includes flexible industrial spaces ranging from 200 square feet to 19,641 square feet, all with access to truck and trailer parking. This development was designed with space for 310 trucks.
Brown and Senior Broker Jim Pietrarosso are the exclusive leasing agents for the new building.
“As ecommerce activity has grown in recent years, so has the need for transportation-related companies to deliver goods and store their vehicles, which has created a severe shortage of industrial space with truck parking,” said Brown. “The Miles Parkway building was designed to add modern space with high-end finishes that can fill this growing demand.”
The parties worked closely with the Village of Bartlett on zoning and development-related requirements to help bring this project to completion. Among the unique features of the project is the addition of an indoor vehicle repair center for tenants that includes radiant heat and other modern finishes.
