Construction has started on the new 290,000-square-foot Fulton West office project at 1330 W. Fulton Street in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.
The nine-story office will have balconies, a private roof deck, and onsite parking with 610 spaces. The project also features an adjacent 20,000-square-foot pocket park with landscaping and walkways for the building’s tenants to enjoy.
Leopardo Companies, Inc. is serving as general contractor, in addition to having provided preconstruction services.
Fulton West is another project in a long list of work the company has completed with real estate investor and developer Sterling Bay and architect Gensler.
The project is on track for a spring 2017 completion.
